Guest guest
Hi folks! I just joined about an hour ago and I certainly am glad. I can hardly wait to learn more about the Kundalini. My wife emailed me the story about a Mr. Blanchard that had lied in India And learned the five Tibetans which piqued my interest then she gave me a printout of the Five Tibetan exercises, if you will. I try to employ these in my morning workout along with a list of Pilate exercises that my physical therapist gave me to do to help get me back on my feet. All this does make me feel better. It's been around 36 years since I contracted viral encephalitis and it has been the longest, toughest haul anybody could ever imagine. My wife, Rose (oreganorose), God bless her heart and soul, has been helping me along my bumpy path all the way. She is also the kindest, gentlest, wonderful lady that I know of and I love her very much. It's a mircle that she puts up with me at all. I'm one of the luckiest men alive and I praise the Lord above and thank my lucky stars that we are together and I hope that our explorations into the Kundalini will bring us more inner peace and tranquility. Thank you all so very much. I hope she reads this. She is so dear and preciuos to me and I would hate like the devil to lose her because we have a lifetime of eternal bliss together. Well you all know a little bit about me and you'll probably find out more as time goes on. Later on, Stanley
