Guest guest
Blessings brother Chrism!!! I have done the Tibetans fine without any trouble. I do not find them difficult to do. I am only now having a slight issue with the Third Tibetan because I have developed some nots in my lower back. This may be due to other workouts or something else. It is no the first time. I do not want to cease doing them. I just have to take it easy on the Third. I can not bo back as far as I'd like but it is still a healthy stretch. Everything should be fine in a few days as usual. Guest guest
Yes do not feel you need to go back as far as a Yogi master. You have just begun so do your best to be " gentle with the body " yet firm in diligence and discipline. - blessings Warren! - chrism , " wtw11171 " <wtw11171 wrote: > > Blessings brother Chrism!!! > > I have done the Tibetans fine without any trouble. Guest guest
Dear and Everyone, Could you please tell me, where I can find the Five Tibetan rights (I think it's called) exercises? Should I just search for a video on youtube, or do you know of a better source? Thank you very much Unis On Tue, Oct 13, 2009 at 8:36 PM, <> wrote: > > > Yes do not feel you need to go back as far as a Yogi master. Guest guest
Hi Warren, When I started doing the third tibetan, when I would bend back, I would bend my lower back a lot. Then I realized when you are doing the third tibetan you are trying to work the third chakra which is in the solar plexus region and bending your lower back too much is not needed. What is needed is bending the back in the middle, right where the third chakra sits. Just a thought. Good luck, Mike On Tue, Oct 13, 2009 at 5:20 PM, wtw11171 <wtw11171 wrote: > > > Blessings brother Chrism!!! > > I have done the Tibetans fine without any trouble. Guest guest
Good point! I've been bending mostly down there too But I also got to thinking that there must be a reason for to recommend placing hands right below the buttocks. Having them lower brings the bend higher, around the solar plexus. Maybe the tibetans are holistic as well as for particular chakras. For me bending the lower back seems to stimulate the tailbone pressure. So I'm gonna be bending lowerback as well, trusting on my young tissues. (and tomorrow my postings shall be about ruptured lower back....) x) Love, Aarni , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Hi Warren, When I started doing the third tibetan, when I would bend back, I > would bend my lower back a lot.
