Guest guest
Blessings Mike!!! Thank you for your reply. I understand what you are saying. I simply like to be able the stretch back enough to condition the back. I have always had trouble with lower back. I am not wishing to be a yoga master. I know I am just not that flexible. I am more of a strength trainer. Just the simple reason there are nots in the lower back takes my focus off what I am doing. It is no biggie now becasue I believe in a few days I will have worked/rubbed them out. Thank you again showing me the point of focus. PAX.
