How do you attach a music file?

Hi Everyone:

Would someone please be so kind as to EMAIL me with instructions on how I may be

able to upload a song I wrote. I don't know much about the workings of media

player etc, and or the download link which was used for and Julia's music

attachments. It's an instrumental of my kundalini awakening -a very poor quality

recording, and rather rocky, but I wanted to share it if possible as an addendum

to my " student assignment " .
