To shed a little light on an past subject.

A while back I posted that Kabbalah is compatible with Kundalini. I can now say

with certainty that it indeed is.

 

Kundalini enlivens the body allowing it to rise to the level of spiritual

awareness. Kabbalah enlivens the mind and allows one to perceive true reality

(spiritual reality) consciously and with full awareness of the small I and the

great I together.

 

When the two are practiced together, one is able to bring the spirit into the

body fully. And to bring the body into the spirit fully.

 

To clear a misconception. Kabbalah study was discouraged for women but not

because they were not worthy. Rather it is because only the man requires study

for his correction. We have weaker roots to the physical world than women do.

This is why we always get accused of being insensitive or uncaring when problems

arise. We get accused of not being in touch with our feelings. This is what the

study addresses. It teaches men to consciously guide their actions by trusting

the point in the heart.

 

Women do not require study for their spiritual correction because they already

have strong roots to the earth. They are the life givers.

Their correction comes by way of action. By way of encouraging and nurturing the

men to increase in closeness of the heart. In this way their giving corrects

them spiritually.

 

Men will have an easier time with Kundalini if they enter Kabbalah first, and

arrive at some understanding. Women will find it easier to enter Kundalini first

and awaken, and then enter Kabbalah.

 

All paths lead to unity if the traveler wishes to unify. Some are just a little

easier than others.
