Guest guest
My energy has really increased to the point that I feel really tired by the end of the day from all the energy moving through me but when I lay my head down, the energy increases again and can't go to sleep. Last night I laid in bed, thought of some more things to put in my history for Chrism, laid back down and just felt all this energy and couldn't go to sleep. 3:30 am rolls around and so I decide to do the 5 tibetans and alternate nostril breathing and compression prayer and then meditate and still my energy was high. After my meditation (4:30am) I laid back down to see if I could rest a little. I fell asleep. I then woke up at 8 full of energy again. I got up and meditated and during a moment of this meditation a light, a white creamy light, turned on like a light switch and my automatic reflex was to open my eyes and see what light turned on, then realized it was a light in me, but closed my eyes and the light did not reappear. I'm so full of energy right now and I'm feeling less and less like a physical body and more of being energy in constant motion...Its like i've taken speed or something. I'm fine with it but my mind keeps going through these stories of how if I don't get enough sleep then I'll eventually go insane...but I don't feel tired, I do feel like I'm running off of a different energy than I used to. craig
Guest guest
I call this the " electric generator " . Don't worry it comes with a universal plug adaptor as it runs on a different current than what you are used to. Guest guest
I also wanted to add that during my 'usual' meditation hour last night, lol, that my head wanted to lean back, so I let it and for the duration of the meditation, it stayed there, the back of my head touching my back. I felt and kinda painful but good feeling on my cervical spine but this sensation was new and I brought myself out of it, but the only way to come out of it was to lean my chest forward and gently let my neck straighten, I would feel both heat and coolness coursing through my neck and felt really good. I would sit back up and my head would want to move back so that my face was toward the sky, or ceiling... craig , " phoenix.ing9 " <phoenix.ing9 wrote: > > My energy has really increased to the point that I feel really tired by the end of the day from all the energy moving through me but when I lay my head down, the energy increases again and can't go to sleep. Guest guest
This is beautiful, Craig. ....sign this man up for a I love Kriyas t-shirt! Perhaps you will be crowned Kriyas King. I would imagine that it would be recommended going with the flow and permitting your body to move how the energy directs it; a release and flow. (I'll await what says, but this is my gut response from my personal experience.) You may notice that one movement will be counteracted with an opposing movement = harmony and balance. Love. Guest guest
Hey Craig, I have definitely had the speedy nights without sleep (though am sleeping great these nights). As for the head pressing back, Sally Kempton talks about this in her book The Heart of Meditation. I don't remember all of what she said but it talked about releasing alot of tension there. i got a lot of ideas and reassurance from this book as my kundalini started surging and i was so anxious. Guest guest
I can sure identify with that Craig, it happens to me all the time. I don't think it is anything to be concerned about. With kundalini, we just don't need as much sleep, is my understaning. There are nights when K decides that I need sleep and I sleep deep and long. Guest guest
thanks gals, I'm ready for another sleepless night . I guess I'm not really worried, just readjusting to this enomormous amount of energy. It's weird, with all this energy, I can just sit for hours and meditate, and I just watch everyhting happen: the intense energy movements, my thoughts jumping off the wall from all this energy, my breath and it's all ok, I don't try to control it anymore, and I'm starting to realize that I'm not that. And then other times, everything stops and I come to a point of stillness and it's so spacious, sometimes I wonder if my body's just going to dissapate. well anyways, that's my update craig , " danceswithcats999 " <crazycats711 wrote: > > I can sure identify with that Craig, it happens to me all the time. Guest guest
lol, yeah, I did let my head fall back backwards after coming out of it, it didn't feel right with me controlling it. But I couldn't wait for it to reach a point of completion, I had to pee, lol, so I had to come out of it... craig , " iamwaitingmoon " <iamwaitingmoon wrote: > > This is beautiful, Craig. > ...sign this man up for a I love Kriyas t-shirt! Guest guest
Sometimes when I am here reading posts or else where meditating, I become aware that it seems as my physical body has just desolved away. No bones, muscles, nerves, pain, or anything, just an empty hollow form setting here. It feels good. I like those sleepless nights, too.
