Bohemian gipsy: You need to be diligent and courageous in the practice of the emotional safeties (i.e. forgiveness, tolerance, surrender and gratitude) and trust in the process. The source of some of your discomfort is due to unresolved emotional factors. You need to do the locks: tongue lock, finger lock, eye lock and chin lock. You need to get watermelon into your diet daily in the a.m. and you need to stop all caffeine, artificial sweeteners including high fructose corn syrup and white processed flour. The pressure at the temples and along the hair line (i.e. the bowl on the head) is due to the Kundalini development of a halo. This is normal and natural, And not to be worried about. There will be more fluctuations inside the head (cranium.) These will migrate around the inside of the head. If you are doing any practices or stimulating the flow of energy into the head such as chi gong, too many breathing practices, breathe of fire or taking stimulants such as caffeine or caffeine based products or nicotine this can cause those areas to have pain. These other issues that you are experiencing are also natural expressions of the Kundalini.
