Physical symptoms - update

I remember not too long ago saying I could not feel anything - but recently that

seems to have changed - my physical phenomena are so minor compared to others

but I have to say I am enjoying it all.

 

Just want to let those who have not felt much or only a little that it is all

good - we all move at different levels and it is hard not to compare one's

progress to others, but totally useless in my opinion- we each experience what

we are able to at the time.

 

When I stop moving I feel the torso vibrations especially at night and when

waking from dreams -oh and the dreams so many and mostly family is in them -

 

The last few days there has been the sensations on the third eye and all about

my head soft minor vibes like bugs here and there just a second or two in any

one place some feelings of touch in my hair and on my face temple area-

 

and some sharp pains on the left side of my head and then yesterday I woke up to

sharp pains in my heart area. Just for a few seconds. Tongue vibrations- hot

feet - I keep my hands in the locks most of the time when I think of it and

especially at night to the point my hands ache - so I have to open them for a

time and then I feel I just have to put them back into the lock. And a few

times I have felt the energy flow when I placed the locks - that was nice -

 

I talk to Shakti ask lots of questions find myself yet do not hear any answers-

am grateful and do surrender in my own way - real surrender would result in a

different feeling than what I seem to be having -

 

I still do not like the eye lock it still is very uncomfortable only can keep it

for a short time.

 

My emotions are still unbalanced it seems-yet not so much as before - my srying

does not last as long mostly I cry whenever I stop doing - not fun at all - some

days I do fine and others I cry all the time -would love to feel this as bliss

but it is not in any way bliss - what I feel is loss or think of it as such.

 

just my little changes - big for me and I do enjoy the feel of some progress

never really thought any would happen so for those of you waiting - be patient

and K will handle the rest ...
