A full backup may also be made, but the website interface should only incorporate the most helpful gems. The archival site must eventually be migrated to a new hosting platform (service that is paid for, business class most likely for a non-profit so members have little trouble with access). Forums, user profiles, etc. can be done through self-hosted software. Small learning curve for a person that knows a little about HTML or web-based page editing features like wikipedia or blogging. Management is very easy once you have the site set up. Details below: Chrism has stated a desire to run a non-profit organization for the community that gathers here and the best idea from a technological standpoint is to have your own hosting platform or at least one that is less restrictive. I believe kundaliniawakeningseminars.com is on its own hosting. Perhaps it can move, or new sites can be created on that hosting service (depending on the hosting plan) so that we can run our own Forum/Message board software. The archival test site I created has basic requirements almost any hosting will give... Having personal control over your own domain and applications running is best! That way as long as content does not violate the law the community does not have to worry about auto-scanning all content and getting in trouble for the word " sex " . If anyone has managed to reach this far down, you are probably the ones more interested in being able to choose what articles we keep in the general archives. To do this users must register and submit content. If you can not post content or you can not post into categories you are satisfied with then let me know! We can create people to be authors, and they will only be able to post to whatever sections and categories are created by the Publishers. Editors can change any article content, and only publishers can make something visible to the web. All publishers are editors and authors, editors are also authors, and authors can only write new articles or edit their own. Article " authorship " may be changed by a publisher or administrator (maybe editor as well?). Ok, enough details. Those are the basic methods you guys have available, I'm too busy with life to create the next steps but I will always respond to an email.
