Guest guest
Blessings to all!!! Well today was my first official day back at work after almost 2 years off. I am tired. I just arrived home after a full day. I was up at 5:30 am at work by 7:45 am out by 4:15 pm home for about 15 minutes and off to coach a game for 5:30 pm. My drive to and from work is 45 minutes long. Any how I saw something fly pass my driver side window on the way home tonite. It had a gray tint and my son Joshua said it could hae been an owl. The wing spand was pretty big. I just wanted to share becasue I thought that was really neat. I may just be rambling due to tiredness but it still was neat. Guest guest
It takes some time to adjust back to work. You are in a better situation than most Warren. You have your deep faith and your belief in the All That Is to help guide you and sustain you. Take it all one day at a time and you will learn the flow that is needed to feel good energy for all you plan to do. Welcome back to the working world - may you enjoy each day to the fullest. Birds--Here we have the biggest blackbirds or ravens I have ever seen and when they fly near or overhead it is awesome- huge wing span - I love watching them - and listening to all the birds - Blessings e
Guest guest
Hi Warren, Sending prayers of ease and joy to you and your family. How great to see an owl at your window on this new day for you. I once was driving late at night along a beautiful forest lined road where the trees bent over to touch each other like a canopy over my car. All of a sudden I see these huge wings...as wide as my car just at the top of my windshield. I kinda jumped ... then realized it was an owl that was gliding along with me. Of course it would have been even more interesting if I was riding a horse! ha But that may have thrown me off! Anyway I think its a great sign. Many beautiful wishes for you and your family! Guest guest
Deb and Warren and Valarie, how beautiful to have Owl along with you! As I understand her, Owl energy is gentle and soft. She helps with healing, and guides us through the darkness of the Unknown, clearing the way and helping us through transitions. Last New Year's Eve I stood at sunset on one of the buttes around here, praying for someone I loved and asking help for her transition. I heard a Great Horned Owl singing, and as I looked up, I saw her silhouetted against the skyline above me, perched on a rock outcropping, dancing and bobbing as she called. Last month I took my CoyoteDog for a pre-op walk at dawn. She was going in to have a lumpy cancerous mass removed. I had been nervous about it, for my companion is an elder and I feared the anesthesia would harm her. As we stepped out the door, Great Horned Owl was singing. We walked north and found her on the waving frond of a date palm tree, bobbing and dancing, perched above a lumpy mass of dates. I stood in the street and danced with her, both of us bobbing and bowing to one another as she sang. She bobbed up and down, then swayed side to side, then turned her head all the way around to the left, then all the way around to the right, singing, singing. I took it as a promise that she would over and guide my Coyote companion through the twilight of anesthesia, and she came through it strong. A week or so later, Dancing Owl gave me a song. She started showing me her dance and how it is to be done, and in what season. It is one of the ceremonies for the healing of the land and each other. So, many blessings on you, Warren, and Valarie, and Deb - and all who walk with Owl Medicine. May you be blessed by her gentle spirit. Peace to you, Shaz >All of a sudden I see these huge wings...as wide as my car just at the top of my windshield.>
Guest guest
Thank you Shaz! I always feel connected with the animals and when they appear as your owls I always take it as a sign. I have had the strangest things happen with animals. I use to laugh at these crows that would swoop down at me and actually start flying into my window. It always happened when I had received a message from someone that I needed to check, like an email. It was getting quite funny. And the geese that would keep flying around me as I lay on my trampoline meditating. When I walk in the forest many times these robins will stay with me and when I get to where they are they will fly a few feet in front of me and this goes on and if I follow them - which path to take it always seems to lead me to something so beautiful like a group of deer or seeing something so beautiful that I would have missed. I remember one night driving home just wishing that all races of humanity would feel oneness and love for each other. As I pulled around to my street I came upon babies...a skunk, a rabbit, a possum and a racooon...they were all just a few feet from each other and were out by the road on the grass. I started laughing at this because I never saw that before... I love the signs the animals give. Thank you for your stories...I'm happy about the owls in your life and especially happy that your coyote was well! Much love, Debs (: , " shaktiaz " <shaktiaz wrote: > >
