yet another Tibetan question

Hi guys,

After being scolded and humiliated by last night.... JUST KIDDING! We

had the teacher/student conversation last night and it was incredible. I enjoy

very much talking to chrism and wish it never had to end. Wish we weren't 6,000

miles apart :(

We talked about where I am in my K practice and what things I needed to improve

on, devote more precious time to. One of said things was the Tibetans. I have

back pain and am taking narcotics for it, but my main excuse is that I'm lazy,

LOL.

I have a question as to the order of the 5 Tibetans. Let's for the sake of

clarity, call Tibetan #1 " 1 " , #2 " 2 " , #3 " 3 " , #4 " 4 " and #5 " 5 " .

Do you do them like this (assuming 6 reps each)

1,1,1,1,1,1 then 2,2,2,2,2,2 then 3,3,3,3,3,3 then 4,4,4,4,4,4 then 5,5,5,5,5,5

or do you do them

1,2,3,4,5 then 1,2,3,4,5 then 1,2,3,4,5 then 1,2,3,4,5 then 1,2,3,4,5 then

1,2,3,4,5 for a total of 6 sets?

Thank you and namaste,

Bill

Thanks David, that's how I've been doing them too. tongiht I did 1,1,1,1,1,1

then another set 1,1,1,1,1,1 then a third set 1,1,1,1,1,1 before moving on to

2,2,2,2,2,2 then 2,2,2,2,2,2 .... So 3 sets of 6 reps I guess you'd call it.

Thanks,

Bill

Bill,

This looks to me like 1 set of 18 reps. As I understand it, this is 1 set of 6

reps: 111111, 222222, 333333, 444444, 555555. Then later in the day, repeat -

that's the second set. Then repeat again later in the day/evening - that's the

third set.

Blessings,

David
