Giving thanks

During a meditation yesterday, it occurred to me that I should give thanks to

all those who came before me and those who have helped me in this lifetime.

This then was written in my journal:

 

I thank the north

I thank the south

I thank the east

I thank the west

I thank the sky

I thank the earth

Earth, water, air, fire, void

I offer you thanks.

To all my teachers and lineage-holders

To Shakti and Shiva

I honor the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine

To Chrism, bearer of Divine Gifts

To all these I give thanks.
