Hi Everyone:

Today I traded in several bags of books, thinking that I might end up with some

$...but in exchange I got a much used 700 page book called The Spiritual

Tradition of Symbols and Mantras of the Usui System of Natural Healing. The

bright red book looks like it has undergone quite the journey itself. It isn't

something I would normally find myself picking up. But I'm so drawn to it and

jazzed to see the Mudras like those which occur during my Kriyas. I flipped to

Kundalini Awakening where a charcoal sketch of a serpent adorns the page and

found that the authors' description is tremendously lovely and helpful. I'm

suddenly giddy over chants and this book...and I'm filled with much gratitude to

have been blessed to embark upon this journey (an easy one it has been not).
