Expanding While Meditating

As I was in deep meditating yesterday, I felt my hands as if they were 10 times

the size that they normally are. I began to focus on my legs, ab, and the rest

of my body, then felt this tremendous physical expansion outward.

My third eye was really active, as usual. Throbbing, swirlling, 'snaking'

around my forehead. At times painful, and others just a strong sensation.

I find myself tapping into the flow more easily. Am calibrating it through my

experiences and am at the point where I cannot figure out if I'm projecting

thoughts to people or being more clairvoyant. Or is it a combination of both?

Who knows, but I will continue to venture on this magical road.

When I pray/meditate, I usually ask for something (mostly information, etc), and

bingo, I get it...funny how this works.

I do tend to yawn with teary eyes when I meditate, but the tears are just tears

with no emotional state associated to it. I thought there was something about

it a couple months ago.

At times, I get the same swirling third eye sensation on my nose...and yes, my

nostrils are starting to flare when this occurs.

My wife's grandpa was in the hospital a few weeks back and I prayed for him to

get batter..it didn't look good. I imaged a green light come from above and

enter his heart chakra while I kept my intention. The next day, the care worker

was amazed that he spoke the next day...it was months since any words came out

of his mouth.

It's amazing what the power of K can achieve.

Peace to your heart,

Ernie
