Is it 1,2,3,4,5 1,2,3,4,5 1,2,3,4,5 1,2,3,4,5 1,2,3,4,5 1,2,3,4,5 or 1,1,1,1,1,1 2,2,2,2,2,2 3,3,3,3,3,3 4,4,4,4,4,4 5,5,5,5,5,5 I've been doing them 1,1,1,1,1,1 2,2,2,2,2,2..... and I've never had anyone answer this question. Chrism, the videos show how to do EACH ONE, but not how to tie them all together. Or I'm just thick, lol. I do Tibetan #1 (Spin 21 times) Tibetan #2 (21 times) and so on up until Tibetan #6. I do not use #6 becasue I am stil active. All others I do 21 times one after the other. Is there anoher way? Pax.
