staying grounded, balanced, centered - question - and all

Am I understanding what it means to stay grounded? Is it something different

than being balanced? or centered? What is the difference if any in all those

three?

I ask this yesterday and no one replied. Is these three things all the same

thing? If,not what is the difference in them?

I had it in my mind that staying grounded meant staying connected to the earthy,

the physical. There was a mantra I tried once that left me feeling very spacey,

out there all day. I over did it on purpose to see if it would do what the book

said it would. Hehe! I am a curious cat who like to check things out, OK. :) I

learned my lesson with that one! It was hard to function that day to do physical

stuff that needed doing. It was hard to concentrate on anything or do anything

physical. So I was, am seeing grounding as sending the energy back into the

earth so as to connect to the physical.

Balancing to me would be to keep the energy flowing both ways, so as not to

become too spacey or too grounded. It that right?

The day I destroyed my monitor, my energy just went haywire in my getting

frustrated over how poorly my computer was running. I was just wanting to get

finished with what I was doing and it was going way to slow. On days when my

energy gets stuck and not flowing, I get an antsy, nervous feeling, strong

pressure, too much energy in side, like I am going to explode. Everyone has had

those kind of days, right! Well, I had a whopper that day! You don't even have

to be K active to have them, because I have experienced those kind of days all

my life. On those days you just need to go do something physical to release the

energy.

I have read about centering, but still I do not " really " know the concept. Is it

the same as balancing?

Thanks ahead of time.

Blessings & love,

Linda
