Guest guest
There are hidden groupings of muscles that correspond to the chakras and front and back channels of Kundalini expression that are only stimulated by the energy of a Kundalini awakening. These muscles actually serve a dual purpose as they are also used in the every day life of an individual but the groupings alone are the hidden combinations. The ancients would observe an individual inside of the Kundalini or Sacred Fire awakening and they would take note of what was occurring. They would try to mimic the positions and other dynamics in order to find a way of producing the awakening artificially or at will under the control of the ego and mental mind. This is usually not successful but even today these have grown into large systems that try to awaken the Kundalini by mimicry of its activity upon the body rather than surrender or any of a number of other ways for the awakening to be given. The " Maha Bhanda " is one such observation. This is a series of " locks " that lock up the feet, the fingers, eyes, tongue, chin, rectum and diaphragmatic muscles. The Maha Bhanda is used to ostensibly produce Kundalini awakening in the unawakened individual by practicing its locks. This may or may not work depending on the person and isnt a way I will suggest as its limitations are many and the whole thing is controlled by the mental and ego bodies of expression. Some of these locks are a great form of energetic modulation for those already inside of an awakening so I honor them as we can find some of them in the awakening protocols. The actual individual aspects of the Maha Bhanda are worthy of discussion and it is the " diaphragmatic muscles " that I would like to discuss now. These muscles under Kundalini stimulation will form am interlocking mesh of taught musculature and will have the agenda of forcing itself up and under the ribcage of the individual. This may not allow breathing to easily occur but as some of you have experienced Kundalini doesn't always " require " breathing to occur! As the Kundalini weaves these embedded muscle programs into expression the whole front of the torso will tighten and the energy will begin to infuse certain muscle blocks together and in this way will the muscles " pull " themselves tight and then up under the ribcage. This occurs through the front channels of the Kundalini expression upon the person working in tandem with the spinal channels or major arteries of the Kundalini infusion. This action is as an expression of infusion with a many and varied compressed platform of the agenda. An actual releasing of the muscle bonding expression to the movement into and under the ribcage of the diaphragm. This is a way of training the body to have these groupings activated. Through these groupings certain energetic combinations held within the memory or DNA of a person are actuated into an expressive platform allowing for certain Kundalini manifestation to be given. In addition the radiance of an individual is woven ever more consistently into the expressive energetic envelope allowing for a larger release of radiance from the front of the body. There is a factor of tensile strength and of electricity of the tissue as the Kundalini charges and mixes the radiative frequencies from the seven major energetic expressions given from each chakra. Kundalini plays the body like a finely crafted musical instrument. This is a natural expression of the Kundalini and will often happen automatically. If breathing is interrupted don't panic it will soon pass. Kundalini cares about the body and will not damage it. This is a needed part of the infusion for the torso and it will be done though not always is this exact manner but this does occur for some. - blessings all. - chrism
Guest guest
I can totally relate to this. Mid-month last October I started to experience intense contractions of my upper ribcage. I joked to the person I was helping that I was going through labor and maybe they were going to be born on Halloween. Well, it's taken longer than that, and I think I'm the one being delivered! Over the past year, the contractions moved from my upper ribcage downward into my navel and pelvis, and in the last several months have been moving back up. More recently what happens is that I get the thrusting kriyas whipping my spine erect from sacrum to chin, then pulling all of my internal organs up and under my ribcage, like a sudden and spontaneous Tibetan #6. Over the weekend K started a new set of yoga poses for me, laying me on my back with my feet together and legs lifted about a foot off the ground, elbows flat on the floor, back and neck arched with my throat to the sky and the crown of my head pressed to the floor, breathing in thru the nose and out the mouth hard and fast, sounding like a train. I think it was working on my energy field. I've been really hot. Plus, they have been doctoring me more and showing me more things, things I'm still trying to process, but I have to go slow because it's blowing my " little me " mind. So, I don't know where all this is headed, but I'm okay with it. I told them I love them and trust them and appreciate them, and they said the feeling's mutual, so all's good in K-ville. And who knows, I might end up with abs of steel! Blessings on us all! Peace, Shaz --- " " <> wrote: > As the Kundalini weaves these embedded muscle programs into expression the whole front of the torso will tighten and the energy will begin to infuse certain muscle blocks together and in this way will the muscles " pull " themselves tight and then up under the ribcage. Guest guest
Love it! In yoga that's called the fish pose. You probably already know that. I have heard many people going through the awakening process being " placed " into that position. It's a good one! This muscle movement description has occurred to me in times past, years ago when I first started meditating. Woke me up from a nice peaceful sleep! I thought there were snakes in my belly! Back then I knew nothing of K. So isn't that funny.
