Hi Everyone:  I've started doing the safeties, but when I tried to watch the

videos on the Tibetans, the only video that showed was the first Tibetan, even

when I tried to see the others.  What to do, as I've not known of these

exercises before. Is there a book I can refer to?  In regard to sleep I find I

don't need more than 4 hours of sleep at night now.  Lastly, Chrism, is there a

specific meaning to a white rose?  Respect, Honor, Gratitude and Love from

Hello Diane,

No worries about the sleep patterns as these

will fluctuate from needing only a little to needing much more than

normal.

White is the color of purity and brilliance and is one of the colors of

the expressive sacred feminine. A virginal color it is also indicative

of innocence and truth.

The rose as previously mentioned on this group has a connection to the

heart chakra, the emotional body, and the beginnings of divine love. In

your case the initiation of the expressed divine love as embraced by an

awakening consciousness (you). In the ways of surrender to the sacred

Holyness within.

Here are some links to the videos for the Tibetans and the meditation to

be done after them.

blessings to you! - chrism
