Fighting my own body

I have been quiet for the last week or so, but I have been reading all the

posts. Hi to all the new members, make your self at home ;-).

Two weeks ago I had 3 friends visit for a week. We had a great time catching up

on old times and I had planned to go back to their place for a week or so. On

the night before they left I decided to cancel my trip as I was so very, very

tired as well as feeling pain from my Fibromyalgia. After they left I had to

admit that having people around me exhausted me. Just the extra interaction,

cooking and cleaning up, really tired me out.

That was two weeks ago and I am still tired and sleeping 10-12 hours a night and

just laying on the sofa all day. Everything is an effort and its been hard

motivating myself to even get a bath and get dressed. But I have had about three

days when I've been okay. Yesterday was one of them. So I took time out today to

work out what was different on those 3 days.

The difference was simple. On those mornings I had laid in bed for half an hour

after waking. This allowed me to let the Kundalini work its way up my body into

my head. As I closed my eyes the kaleidoscope of strong colours and shapes

swirled around in my head. I also saw dozens of symbols download themselves from

somewhere above me, into the top of my head. I let my body move in any way it

wanted as I jerked around on the bed.

In all I surrendered my body over to Kundalini before I started putting my own

demands on it for the day. On the other tiring days I had not 'allowed' my body

to do what it wanted as I had a list of more 'important' things to do. So the

result of 'me' making the decision meant that I was in no state to do anything.

If only I had listened to what my Kun was asking for. Just half an hour each

morning to do its thing with me, and in return the rest of my day would be

fruitful.

Blessings, Iona x
