Guest guest
This morning after meditating a voice came from me chanting and singing sounded like native american chanting. My throat was making undulating sound like chants. Can anyone tell me what this might be? It went on for about an half hour. I could not drink or do anything else. It was beautiful singing. I am not a singer at all ever since a nun told me I could not sing as a child. My palms have also become very sensitive and when I face the sun it feels like the suns rays are going into them. Thank You for any help understanding these experiences.
Guest guest
I can relate to both the singing/chanting and the sensitive palms. They are kundalini, a manifestation of kundalini energy. would have to confirm this, but I have always felt both were an overflow of kundalini, a free-flowing of the bliss in outward expression.  Love Diane  ________________________________ mawmuth <maw2005 Sat, November 7, 2009 6:08:55 PM spontaneous chanting/singing  . Guest guest
Thank you Diane, it is all just so new and strange I also feel very energetic, my senses are overwhelmed with stimuli the fall colors are brilliant, I feel love and compassion toward people, I feel deep bliss and peace, sometimes after a realy high energetic blissful state I get a headache, any way to get rid of them. Aspirin, advil do nothing. I think it might be an excess of energy in my head. Guest guest
Yes I agree it is a Kundalini sign and symptom. Congratulations Mawmuth and Diane! - blessings to you both! , Diane Baugh <cdgbdronningen wrote: > > I can relate to both the singing/chanting and the sensitive palms. > ________________________________ > mawmuth <maw2005 > > Sat, November 7, 2009 6:08:55 PM > spontaneous chanting/singing > > Â . Guest guest
This is so powerful, how do I stay calm and not get anxious? what if I have spontaneous vocalizations at work? the people around me do not understand this. I went for a walk with some friends in a forest and I just kept looking up at the sky and pointing out how beautiful the fall colored leaves were with the background of brilliant blue sky. One woman asked me what I was on. I would be fine if I could just stay at home and meditate but I have to go out into the world. Do you know of any supprt groups in the Annapolis, Baltimore Md area or Washington D.C. Thank You Maryann , " " <> wrote: > > Yes I agree it is a Kundalini sign and symptom. Guest guest
Dear Mawmuth, I have had this experience too..... I sang and chanted and it was not my known voice I was listening to...it was powerful and pure and vibrated in every part of my being. It was during quiet time at meditation. Since then I have had some spontanious chanting and singing while driving my car... and while in my kitchen... but always it has occured when I have been able to allow the voice express. I am not too sure of the whats and the whys and the who... except it was from Kundalini and it was of praise to God... I am happy to leave it at that for me. I hope that this may be of some help to you. Guest guest
Hi again Maryann... I seem to be on a writing blitz..lol .... others will answer this I am sure... but I think the headaches must be surrendered to... they are part of the given and I think we are not to try and rid ourselves of them with Asprin etc...as I am down the potings others may have posted ...but I am sure the folks here have natural ways that support a headache leaving..lol..or maybe not! Love Julia ... I feel deep bliss and peace, sometimes after a realy high energetic blissful state I get a headache, any way to get rid of them. Aspirin, advil do nothing. Guest guest
Hi Maryann. I hope this does not sound patronising... but I have found that often the answer is simple...I make the choice to stay calm and to let the fear go. Work would probably not be an appropriate place for K to bring forth spontaneous vocalizations anyway. I did smile reading about you being asked what are you on... it can be difficult to contain quietly the joy and the beauty of what is beheld. No clue about support groups but this family is here. Guest guest
Most of the time I can stay calm but when I realize the enormity of how my life has and will continue to change it can get overwhelming. But I will definately keep working on being calm and letting go of the fear. Being thankful for all the good that is happening helps me let go. My car was broken into two nights ago and my purse taken, I blessed the person who took it, then got a phone call from a women who found the purse with everything in it except a little bit of cash. I also love how I can really connect with people now truly listen to my children and my father even people I meet in the grocery store. so many things to be thankful for!! , " Julia " <jajahern wrote: > > Hi Maryann. > I hope this does not sound patronising... but I have found that often the answer is simple...I make the choice to stay calm and to let the fear go.
