energy in the face

Hello everyone,

 

i have started experiencing Kundalini for about 2 months now. I have a lot of

pressure in my face, especially in the nose,and that is nearly constant, with

headaches at times.

Do you have any suggestions to ease these symptoms, or any comments on this?

Hello,

I had similar pressure in the face and head with headaches. When I found this

group and the KAS-1 website and started practicing the safeties, the pain and

pressure went away. It took about 2 weeks of practice til they went away. At one

point, I had a bad headache, then did the Tibetans, alternate breath, and

meditiation and the headahce disappeared during the practice session. This

repeated a few days, then the pain did not return at all.

If you keep doing the safeties, things go much smoother.

Thanks a lot for your advice Rose. I will practice the safeties but am not sure

about nose breathing as i thought it was increasing the amount of energy and i

already can feel quite a lot!..

As for meditation, i will also try to follow my instinct as my kundalini

awakened after practicing meditation.
