Guest guest
All: This reads more like a blog, so thank you for joining me on my journey. I had the chance to view two homes today, but they were not a good fit. But really I'm wising to share of my encounter with an angel in disguise. In our hour together, the realitor certainly was the teacher and I the student. I learned so much about the economy and how all are impacted; I witnessed him in motion, a Master in his skill of diplomacy, networking and know-how. I came to understand the foundation and framework and interlacing of how things operate and the why and how. I learned of the human condition and viewed the remnants of distruction which had been directed towards property, self and others. He said, " you are an artist, I have your artwork in my home, so be honest with me about what you feel. You know if the environment will lead to creativity and to that life force. I believe that things have energy...so don't waste your time in trying to please me, tell me what you feel vs what you think. " And so I did. He reached out his hand and shook mine and said " you passed the test; it's my honor to work with you. " As we were driving back to my work there was a moment when I asked him, " Do I stand a chance, Wally? " . As we continued onward, he pointed to a terribly run down house, and propted-up structures creating shelter along the underpass. He said you can live here, or you can live here...there are plenty of places for shelter, but it isn't shelter that is your concern really, is it? There seemed to be no time reference in this interaction and voyage. I was like a child with big doe eyes taking it all in; it was like a waking dream with a guardian angel by myside...wiping off the clouded window so I could peek inside of the prime and imperfectly perfect realistate.
