Guest guest
These kinds of experiences seem to be normal for us K folks. I don't try too hard to understand the whys and the wherefores - just accept the experience, welcome it, thank the Goddess. (I like to imagine a sign: " Goddess at work " .) Keywords for me are surrender, no fear, and gratitude. If you do want to understand it, I would say ask the Goddess to explain it to you. Then forget about it (the request). If you are meant to have an explanation, She will provide it, probably when you are not expecting for it. Guest guest
marie- anna: each of us needs to know about the journey in different ways- by asking here you are being open to the knowledge from others - I am happy you were able to go on and accept the experience that approach works well for me. David: A friend and I were talking about this last night - she and I agree that we accept what is happening and enjoy it even the aches and pains (although I know it is disconcerting when there is intense pain) we are not into asking the why or wherefore there seems no need for us in most cases. I attribute all feelings whether emotional. physical or psychological to Kundalini Shakti - by doing this it is so much easier for me to be accepting. This is my journey - my path - my gift from Shakti- all of it and I am soooooo grateful. I like your words David ... **** " Goddess at work " surrender, no fear, and gratitude***** I make posters of words that help me remember to be present and to affirm - These words are a lovely poster for me. And I have started to hang pics and posters on the wall in front of my computer as reminders and I have been hanging up posters at school. Out in the room where all the kids and staff can see them - this one will go there too... *****I will put others first... ****Tolerance****Forgiveness****Gratitude... So my K journey is being viewed by all who come into my room. Thank you e
Guest guest
Hi Marie-Anna, Did the excrutiating pain last for the whole 20 mins? I have no idea wheither it is a blocked charkra or not.... if it is a blocked chakra then K is going to work and work and work on it!! It is good to hear of other peoples experiences because some of the K stuff is so outside of " normal " it can cause us to worry. Once we know that all is well and that the activity is K related then the thing to do is to drop all the wondering and surrender to K doing her work.... sometimes easier said than done.. or so I have found....lol!
