Guest guest
Hello Diane, Please go with your inclinations regarding positions of hands and feet. What may have been diagnosed as Fibro issues may in fact be Kundalini issues that having been buried and resisted for so long they may have developed into actual illnesses that correspond to a mistaken DX. These will in time be remedied through the acceptance and surrender to the Kundalini expressing within you. So give it some time and please continue to honor and validate the Kundalini awakening you are having and your issues will diminish on many different fronts. Please remember that there is no area or expression in life that the Kundalini does not touch and influence. That being understood then when the ego refuses to accept and tries to struggle and resist Kundalini then those many areas will have a difficult time. Over time this can easily be seen in a Fibromyalgia format. Yes keep doing the Tibetans as you can. Certainly the spinning can be done but make sure that you are in a soft landing place. I do not want you to fall so be gentle and " do get dizzy " but sit down as soon as you can and proceed to the next rite. Lower back pain can be attributed to the afore mentioned resistance to the Kundalini. Even now as the flow increases will that area remain tender and this is good and natural. This pain will also experience a decrease as the Kundalini is opened further and accepted and the body is transformed. Your body is in reality a temple for the divine. No matter what expectations or programming or any condition that we have sculpted our body into we can NOW understand that this is the divine vessel. This is the body physical that is given for us to hold the divine Kundalini awakening. So please do validate and treat your body to the best in everything! The best in foods and the best in exercise and the best in attitudes of love directed at the person staring back at us from the mirror. Forget about societal expectations. Forget about beauty expectations look into the deep beauty of your eyes and behold the magnificence that resides there. - blessings to you Diane and all! - chrism
Guest guest
Last evening I stopped at a fast food place and snarfed down red beans and rice, greasy chicken and a roll; sobbed the whole way through it. I knew I was intentially trying to graffetti and vandalize my " temple " out of anger and fear...much like the vandalized homes I've been viewing recently. I found there to be much parallelism in this. It was very eye opening-afterwards. Should I come to this crossroad again of making such a decision, I have the visual now and what this means to me in a larger scope of matters and what that would be like to damange something that I worked towards with all of my heart and soul, and which has taken all these years to construct, rennovate and upgrade with many special features.
