Guest guest
Hello et all, When I do my daily meditation, I could feel the energy rising up my spine and just stops somewhere between my solar plexus and my heart chakra. I do the chakra breathing and nothing seems to help getting the flow from root to crown. Now, I must mention that when I do meditate, it's usually just before bedtime and I lay on my back with hands folded. I tend to move my hands either to the solar plexus or the heart chakra as my hands get really hot and heats up that particular chakra. My third eye starts throbbing at the weirdest times (or so I think). I can't find any particular pattern to it, however it does occur mainly at night. I find that when I'm around people and just sitting and being and 'observer', my third eye starts to swirl and throb. Would anyone have any logical explanation for this, or should I just accept it as an unkown and be done with it. At times the energy flow starts at my lower legs, moves up to my butocks area and then shoots straight up to my crown. It's consistantly inconsistant. I feel that my chakras are balanced and the 'fear' aspect of my K awekening almost instantly disappeared once I surrendered it to the process...it was really amazing to finally let go. However, my left brain still hungers for such explanations...lol. I have learned to hone my skills of clairvoyance..really. I'm speaking and finishing peoples thoughts before they speak them..and I usually get that confused and profound stare. I find that when I match peoples body posture, speak at their pace and even breath at their rate that somehow our energies become intertwined...and that is when the clairvoyance begins. I find it exhilerating when I learn from my expereinces and experiments...and having fun with it...lol. Hope you enjoyed my update. Blessing to all, Ernie
