I was hoping to get this posted before you got off but didn't make it in time.

 

I am still about the same. I wasn't able to follow through with the massage you

suggested. I woke up with a very bad dream about it that morning and became

totally sick from it and had to cancel. I don't feel the one I made an

appointment with is the one I should go to. Because of the bad dream, the

thought of going just totally turns me off now.

 

My arm is getting better and my leg was ok by the next day. I think it was

probably Shakti's way of telling me to pull back from doing the Tibetan's for a

little while. My energy is still just as strong and is moving through my body

still. Last night when I was sending healing and prayers out for those on the

healing list and others, I began to get a wave of energy beginning in my solar

plexus and pulsating up to the heart chakra. It felt sort of like a slow, long

heart beat, but I know it was not my physical heart doing that because I could

feel it beating it's normal beat at the same time. Anyways, when I raise my arms

to send, it would began doing that and when I lowered my arms it would instantly

stop. As long as I kept my arms raised the energy moved that way.

My toes were tingling the whole time too with a little pressure pain. I am not

for sure if the energy is going into them or going out the way it is going out

my fingers. I can't really tell. The center of my hands and the tops of my feet

itch after sending, which is a little weird.

 

There was something else, but I guess it must not be important, because I can

not remember now.
