Guest guest
It is my extreme hope that your phenomena will be very gradual. I know that through certain studies and certain life based experiences one can feel prepared to take this step. And in some ways with guidance some preparatory expectations can be had. In most ways though nothing prepares one for the Kundalini. This is a vary tall and steep mountain. A vertical learning curve to be sure! One will walk this path for the rest of one's life. There is no point where one can sit back and say " yes I did Kundalini last summer! " It is a series of transformations that will come and go increasing and receding as the tides of change are manifested upon the individual. Sometimes it comes very fast and the individual is swimming in very deep phenomena with out knowing how to cope or where the side of the pool even is or if it is the ocean or a pool or a river or a small pond. This unknowing can bring fear and fear is often magnified to a great degree with the Kundalini as fear has hormonal chemical supports in our body and is a normal response for us as we are physical creatures of a predatory world. So we will see where it goes with you my friend! Slow phenomena is I feel. Slow progress is good. When we can take a small bite and become accustomed to it is when we can be ready for the next spoonful. In may ways we are sacred Children. Babies being fed and taught how to navigate a new land while remaining simultaneously in the familiar land. These are actual transformations upon and within the physical, emotional, mental, psychological, and spiritual bodies of expression. Slow is the best model. However for some merely being here among so many Kundalini active people is enough to bring some phenomena. For others it will take time, diligence of practice, and Shaktipat. Not everyone has phenomena in the same way or at the same time. It is unique to the individual but will often follow along the expressions of Kundalini (known) phenomena. - blessings Marty! - chrism , Martin Tanger <martytanger wrote: > > In general (if that applies) at what point in the process does the phenomena begin to occur? > > > > >
