Guest guest
I have been doing some posts that I do not post and suddenly this book by Shel Silverstein came to mind- " The Missing Piece " I read this children's book and walked away many years ago loving the concept for it fit me perfectly. Mr. Silverstien passed not too long ago. He had an uncanny talent to put life's huge questions and problems in to simplistic renditions. The little fella goes along looking for his missing piece he sings as he goes : i am looking for my missing piece looking for my missing piece da da da .... he tries on various pieces he finds along the way and they just do not fit quite right so he leaves them and goes on to the next best thing- never quite getting the right fit- until one day - lo and behold he finds the perfect fit - oh he at first is soooo happy but then - he ditches it and goes on about his way singing " i am looking for my missing piece - looking for my missing piece da da da ... it is the journey that is is the best part of being... the big difference for all of us is that we have found our missing piece - Kundalini and we continue on the journey embracing our Kundalini and loving our Kundlaini - our journey never ends and yet we are gifted with the knowledge that we are whole and complete - we are not really missing anything - we have it all within our self - all the power and the glory and the loving anyone being could possibly need or desire. the journey never ends - ever ...we carry it on into the next lifetime and the next until we are ready to... this part i am not sure of- being that i do not have the knowing of beyond ---yet--- may each and every one of my K brethren find the joy and the wonder of the journey - the on going journey of the gift of Kundalini... now where did all this come from ??? blessings e

Guest guest
Dear : I loved this post! I have never read " The Missing Piece " but will have to do so. As to a grounding Rock, have you ever tried using hematite? It works very well for me; you can also use hematite jewelry; a necklace or bracelet and just wear it all the time. I can not touch crystals as they amplify the energy to an extreme, uncomfortable degree for me, but found that hematite is very grounding, which I seem to need. I think hematite is basically iron; I'll ask my daughter who is a geologist about that. I always enjoy and learn from your posts, but this one made me smile!  Love and peace Diane !  ________________________________ .
