lightning in dreams

Does anyone have ideas on what lightning in dreams might mean?

 

My kids were going to go outside to play. I noticed lightning in the sky and

told them to hurry, because soon they'd have to come back inside. Then, I was

outside myself, running back home because of the lightning. It was very close—I

could feel it making me tingly. I saw it striking tall light and telephone

poles. I watched as it struck one pole: the bolt went down the pole, jumped to

a wire fence, went along the fence line and down the post into the ground. Then

the bolt snaked along the ground to where I had fallen, and I could tell it was

heading straight toward me. I woke feeling filled with dread.
