Chrism,

Here is my revised version after reading the responses from others.....

> How are you approaching the Kundalini within you?

With reverence, devotion, and awe.

> Are you pushing it and forcing it?

My primary approach is surrender. I do not believe I push it or force it. I do

ask, pray, and sometimes beg for Her to take me completely, to radiate through

me, to help me surrender more completely to Her, and to use me as a vehice of

Her Radiance. I want to give Her as much opportunity as possible. To this end

I organize my life around the safeties, participate in the Shaktipats, work

towards attending seminars when I can, and provide the basic material support

necessary to help make these goals possible, along with fulfilling my karmic,

familial, and love-based obligations.

> Are you tied in to having as much phenomena as you can get?

No. Currently my most powerful phenomenon is bliss. This comes at times as

drunken love-bliss and at other times as the bliss of inner stillness. I enjoy

these states when they occur. I do not try to evoke them - they seem to occur

naturally as a result of practicing the safeties.

I receive many inner messages/teachings. These come mostly in meditation, some

in dreams. I try to write them down and learn from them. I receive many outer

teachings. Shakti manifests experiences that show me aspects of my self (the

good, the bad, and the ugly - and occasionally the sublime). I am coming more

and more to view every experience in my life as K-related phenomena. Not

attached to them - just trying to learn the lessons, surrender, and let Her grow

me as She will.

> Kundalini is as a way of action intention and letting go at the same time. Can

you conceptualize this?

Yes. I often put out an intent/request and then surrender it to the Goddess.

But I check in and listen to see if there is something She wants me to do.

Chrism, my love and gratitude to you for the gifts you deliver to us from

Shakti.

Love,

David
