Guest guest
Hey Denny and all, There is another part of AA literature that speaks to what you wrote about acceptance and the serenity prayer which you quoted Denny. Its in Language of the Heart by Bill W: " Whenever I fall under acute conditions, I lengthen my daily walks and slowly repeat our serenity prayer in rhythm to my steps and breathing. If I feel that the pain has in part been occasionaed by others, I try to repeat " God grant me the serenity to love their best and never fear their worst. " Love, Jan , " Denny Norton " <dennynorton wrote: > Here goes: > > > > " God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I can not change and the > Courage to change the things I can and the Wisdom to KNOW the difference.
