Guest guest
Dear chrism, I asked some questions about the tibetans a few days ago and I am posting them again as perhaps you missed them or maybe not?? I am forwarding the same post now in case you missed it. thanks chrism Love Julia 1. I am doing 9 of each of the 5 tibetans. I could do loads of No 1 spins but I limit that to 9 as I imagne that there must be the same number of each for balance, is that correct or could I increase the amount of some tibetians and let others remain at 9? 2. Recently I have begun to close my eyes doing the Tibetians and I am wondering if this is ok, or should I keep my eyes open. 3. Can you tell me the breath on the 5th tibetan please.... I seem to be doing it both ways and not sure which is correct..... breath intake as I come up... breath out as I go down? 4. Depending on what your answer to No 1 is..... would the next increase I make be to do them 12 times? I give thanks for you and for everyone here on kas on Thanksgiving Day. Love Julia
Guest guest
Yes same number for each Tibetan. You may increase to twelve times if you wish Julia. Keep eyes open during the spinning but the others can be done with eyes closed. Breath for 5th is inhaled as you go into the down position and exhaled coming up. - blessings and grace to you Julia! - chrism
Guest guest
Wait, during the fifth tibetan, you breath in when moving into downward dog (head close to the ground) and breath out when you coming up into cobra position? Just want to confirm this last email wasnt a typo. I have been doing it the other way around.
