Jonathan I found your writing to be very interesting and helpful. Danielle it is good to hear form you and I really enjoyed my walk with you..you have a beautiful way with words, my eyes were there. Bradly I am living in Ireland and I think perhaps I am the only one here from here... lol. I would be very willing to travel over to the UK, I know there are more folks over there, or perhaps even further afield if ever gets to come to Europe. So please do put a pin on that small Island in the Atlantic. Chrism thanks for the reply about the Tibetans, I will begin to do 12 and I am glad to know the correct breath for the 5th, I was doing it both ways and not at all sure which was correct. blessings to everyone and to those of you going to the seminar in LA this week end, may you have a Holy Blessed and fun experience there.
