KAS-1:

I read through the group guidelines again and I imagine that my sharing tends to

be a bit chat-like or blog-like, but I really am uncertain, as this is my first

group experience. My expression of the divine comes in the form of sharing of my

experience along the desert trail, within the flowers, or from being alongside

the homeless man who comes to talk with me during my lunch break. It is

experienced not just through the phenomena and kriyas but too in the awe of

watching the geese fly in their " v " formation, which leaves me pondering why do

they fly in this formation. The observation, unfolding and awareness is not

about birds flying in formation or is it? And so too, it is the journey of

enlightenment as found in a fortune cookie which reads " Beware…bees who carry

honey in their mouths have stinger in their end. " Or via the young lady who

stands beside me in line, her pink cancer survivor's hat adoring her new fuzzy

down feathers, and who moves me to tears merely by her smile and stoic presence.

This is my Kundalini, this is Shakti, the Divine as experienced through my

senses, my kaleidoscope and that which is my journey and the unfolding for me,

myself and i. I really would not know how to express so articulately and

precisely as perhaps how others are able. So I do hope this is ok, and trust

that I will be sent an email informing otherwise before I bog down the system.

Love and Blessings:

-Danielle
