One of the points of the first Tibetan is to get dizzy so it is working well

Rich. Carry the dizzyness into the next rite. One can drop the head back or do

the chin lock which is having it up I recommend that though I have done it the

other way as well. The quick tension is very important.-

yes i know that getting dizzy is part of the first Tibetan but...there are

different kinds of dizzyness that i experience.

 

i am used to the kind i experience with my eyes closed. it only lasts a little

while. With my eyes open it made me sick. i still, 36 hours have passsed, feel

a little bit of a headach.

 

No worry, i will work on it.
