One can drop the head back or do the chin lock which is having it up I recommend that though I have done it the other way as well. Guest guest Posted December 2, 2009 Report Share Posted December 2, 2009 yes i know that getting dizzy is part of the first Tibetan but...there are different kinds of dizzyness that i experience. i am used to the kind i experience with my eyes closed. it only lasts a little while. With my eyes open it made me sick. i still, 36 hours have passsed, feel a little bit of a headach.
