Hello Chrism,

I need to know if it is ok for me to add the Tibetan's and the compression

prayer and all back since shakitpat is time for shaktipat soon. I feel ready to

add it back, but maybe not do as many of the tibetans at first to see how that

goes with my arm. I don't know what the deal is with my arm. I bought an elbow

brace to see if that would help any. Please let me know. Looking forward to

Shaktipat with a thankful heart.

Yes but please be very incremental and do not force or push yourself in these

areas to quickly Linda. Start at six reps and even during the Shaktipat do no

more than that.OK? - blessings my dear and only do the compression breathing

during the Shaktipat. Remember your flow is strong. - chrism

Thanks Chrism, that I will do. Btw, I am still doing an awful lot of sleeping. I

just fall asleep where ever and it is deep sleep. Many times it is here at the

computer when I am trying to read a little to catch up, I will find myself hours

later setting here with my chin bent way onto my chest setting straight up with

legs crossed yoga style. Hehe! I don't know how I can sleep so deep like that,

it is dreamless (as far as I am aware) sleep.
