Dear Maryann,

My thoughts about your experience are that you were in touch with the heart

chakra of the earth itself. The heart chakra is in the centre of the 7 chakras;

it is the connection of the physical and the spiritual. It is the principle of

balance; as above, so below.

I do not recommend having energy work from a person who doesnt know or

understand Kundalini and its transformative process upon the body. Heart pain

often indicates forgiveness or grudge based issues and is the work of the

individual rather than a person not part of the Karmic process of balancing. -
