dream

I cannot understand a dream I had last night, one that is very out of character

for me. I had a dream I was smoking something illegal and when I would pull it

away from my face and cup it (as to conceal it) it would always end up resting

on my left thigh, and time after time it would burn yet another patch of my

jeans. The burn did not hurt, but was more of an annoyance that now I would

need to get new jeans.

 

This is not my character, I am utterly shocked at this dream. What kind of

message am I trying to tell myself?

Smoke and fire = Kundalini

Hiding through fear. = getting burned.

Thanks Julia Amelia for your willingness to be open and share yourself more

fully here.

 

I had a dream last night that a kitten crawled into bed with me, a wee little

grey kitten. I woke (in my dream) wondering how it got in. I petted it and

picked it up checking the windows, etc. then I realized how well my cats had

welcomed the kitten and decided I might as well accept it into my family. I

woke up feeling a warm spot in my heart.

Hi Bill and Bradly,

 

There must be something in the air this week. Two nights ago I had dreams of

being with beautiful women and smoking illegal things, and last night I was

buying a very large crowd of people at a party alcohol. I wonder if its self

sabotage, but I wake up feeling high and the air is blinking and pressure strong

at my third eye and i know it's kundalini.

 

My dreaming has been prolific and confusing, journey after journey this week

and I havent been able to keep track of it all. Many of the classic K. symbols

have been present; tigers, snakes, smoke, colors. There have been some nice

moments; this morning I had an amazing flock of rainbow colored doves and

pigeons....

 

Today was a lovely day.. I was amazed at how beautiful everyone was in the

shopping centre; i felt emotional for poor people. It was nice to feel again as

I havent been feeling much this week, and today i opened. I have been aware I

have been drifting into autopilot and starting seeking the edge again, living

outside my comfort zone where it both hurts more and I can love more. If I were

to summarize spiritual growth, its a relentless process of letting go and

opening, everfresh, evernew. South Africa is a challenging place to stay open as

there is so much need.

 

I keep thinking of what Linda wrote about free will (and these are not her exact

words).. before awakening, we think we are free but are really slaves to our

egoic habits, after awakening, we become free but our will is surrendered to the

Divine...
