Guest guest
Be careful if you must do this. There are aspects that are not familiar and can cause discomfort. My information gives me a slightly different take on this exercise namely a reverse of the palm positions. Shakti being of the feminine earth and on the left side indicates a connection to the earth and so the position with palm towards the earth is indicated and the right palm representing the sacred male and connecting to the Sun or the solar energies being positioned in the upward position in order to open to those energies. The crucible where the solar meets the earth in germination is the human. The body is enlightened earth. This can have unforseen consequences as we may or may not be in active preparation for having karmic experience brought up in big and bold experiences directed towards its balancing. This can be a bit rough! Its not alwasy fluffy bunnies and floating hearts! - lol! Yet some of us are ready and so this can speed the plow. Be discerning. Be loving. Surrender and know that you are inside of a process. -
Guest guest
In my Kriyas, the movements place me into a very very similar positioning with always left hand down (palm out) and right hand up. This is how I am guided naturally via Shakti, fwiw. Love: -Danielle , " " <> wrote: > > Be careful if you must do this. There are aspects that are not familiar and can cause discomfort. Guest guest
Thank you for sharing Scott! This is great. It's funny when I was visualizing what you were describing I had to reread it because I thought it said left palm down. I also wondered if by being left handed I should do it the opposite and then hearing Chrism's ideas it seems to make sense too. And words of wisdom on caution is wise of Chrism!
