Guest guest
Thank-you dear teacher for the scatterfield and shaktipat. yesterday I felt very nauseaous, not sick, but felt a lot of energy in my trunk and upper palate, and some deep heart pain. today feeling better. went to a jewish wedding last night, a dear episcopalian friend who married a jewish woman. i had never been to one before and the ceremony was lovely. we began the ceremony with honoring the Shabbat and then the wedding ceremony. i love the symbolism of breaking the glass, breaking with the past, and then singing the phrase " a good week, a week of peace, may gladness reign, and light/joy increase " except that part of it was in Hebrew. going to a Christmas chamber singing concert today. I'll be going to my family's in Michigan for Christmas. Last year I didn't go because I had so much animosity. its amazing what a forgiveness practice does. I'm looking forward to being with them all. Love and blessings to you all, Happy Shabbat, Jan
