The darkness can indeed be a comfort as can the brilliance. We bring our love with us. Nice to read of you bringing your love into the matrix. You are also having experiences of " Ecstasy " This is as a very powerful form of bliss and can literally stop a person immediately as they have no choice but to allow it and surrender to it. So no worries there Shane it is natural and normal and it is indeed a great gift. The navel is as a way of grounding you to this earth and this is also as a way of helping you to stay connected to the body rather than eschewing it completely as there is more for you to do here. Let the navel sensation help you to stay in the body and to become more grounded within your experiences with these extreme energetic transformations.
