Morning of scatterfield placement

I woke up sometime during that morning singing a song about surrendering. I wish

I could remember the word to the song given, but I fell back to sleep.

 

Some of my rememberance of the meditation that I wrote about the other day was

returned last night in a dream state, so maybe there is some hope that this

memory will return as well soon. In that meditation I was given visuals as the K

moved up from one chakra to the other. I did what each visual suggested and was

given bliss afterwards ...then it moved on up to the next chakra. After the

heart chakra instead of going to the throat chakra it went to the thymus area

and the visual given was for me to do the thumping on the thymus as chrism

suggested back in the summer. I had not done that exercise since back when it

was first given. I had forgotten about it. I sensed this chakra that is there

for the first time. I was just able to go as far as the throat chakra, James

called me at that point and interupted... but I guess that was as far as I was

suppose to go.
