Guest guest
Chrism/All: During the Tibetans and into the meditation this morning (i) had a very profound experience. When I would arch backwards, with head back,my mouth would drop wide open, and I would make whale-like sounds. And although they came through my mouth, they were from (my)whole body. And with these sounds was a profound grief; I mean profound. It was not a familar releasing of sorrow and pain, but rather I swear a deep echoing through the ocean waters; a calling; a crying in a melodious vibrational mooing of a motherly-like whale, and yet I felt like too the baby cow calling back in an echoing wave and swirl awaiting a response...but only silence. It was this back and forth. Phew! That's difficult on this ol' heart of mine. Perhaps this is the sounds of the shards of a broken heart falling away, emptying into the ocean only to to be filled again, or maybe it's eons of grief???
