Guest guest
Hi everyone, I was wonder if I did something wrong today. Here is the story: At work everyone was talking about losing weight/diet/staying healthy/etc. They talked about physical exercise, what to eat and other things among themselves and then asked me what I think. I told them that physical exercise can only get you so far. I suggested they try the Tibetan rites since, from a physical stand point, they exercise the control centers of the body, since from my understanding they are loosly linked to some physical control organs (thyroid, heart, etc) I am now having second thoughts about telling them that. The reason is that I would not, at this time, would want to lead anyone towards kundalini, who is not already experienced, or is not currently experiencing some symptoms. I am afraid that some people might be very sensitive and doing the tibetans will burst the kundalini. From what I have seen on the internet there are a whole bunch of videos/books that are marketed to the mainstream (ok almost mainstream) media that explain the tibetans, so I thought its safe to do them just for the physical benefits. Do I have to worry about what I did? Btw, a lot of energy this week (third eye and spine). I love it.!!! Much Love, Mike
Guest guest
Mike: I tell folks of the Tibetans all the time - for physical reasons. They are a good overall exercise and from my reading is what many of the monks do to stay young and healthy- they live a long time. No need to be concerned about waking the K in folks- if they are to be activated they will be - you did not go into K - you offered some advice that fit the discussion. Yes doing the Tibetans can awaken the K but so can deep prayer or deep meditation. Only if it is to be. You were guided to offer the Tibetans as an exercise option. Now it is in the hands of the Divine. There are no accidents as we say here - every action has a reason behind it and I think you did well to share. The more info about the safeties is revealed even if not in terms of the safeties the better for the general public. How wonderful if we spread the Tibetan info all over and folks were really into it and did activate - is that not the dream of some of us- that we share our gift with many- My view - Trust in the guidance - you were following one of the safeties. e

Guest guest
Mike, Relax and feel good. You did not do anything wrong - rather something right, I would think. Just as thousands may practice hatha yoga and never experience a K awakening, so too with the Tibetans, chi kung, tai chi, etc., etc. They are a great form of exercise in their own right. If someone has it in their karma that K will awaken for them in this lifetime, so much the better if they happen to have learned about the Tibetans from you.
