Guest guest
Not to bash or disrespect belief systems that others honor and practice. We may not agree and we may have issues with a religion but not everyone shares our personal view or experience within the religious practices of the various belief systems. So let us be silent in our wrath, and extend to others the respect we would wish for our own views. -

Guest guest
I hope any of you are not offended when I speak of how my Christian background involved the 'fear factor " . I was not trying to offend or bash the Christian belief system. In fact --I still choose to call myself 'Christian'. I like how Christ spoke--I see him as a good roll model! If anybody was offended or felt 'bashed' --I'm sorry for your hurt. I was just stating fact. The religious folk in my life (in my church systems) heavily relied on fear--almost to the point of addiction. I never saw much in unreasonable fear--Love And Fear don't seem like mutual partners to me. I respect all religions. I see religion as man's attempt to understand the Universe, and hopefully as a quest for the Ultimate Good. Seems like most of us recognize God--we just call God by different names. God Bless You All! Good luck in your quest! Stephen - Wednesday, December 16, 2009 8:01 PM Lets do our best........ Not to bash or disrespect belief systems that others honor and practice. I have taken no offense by anything and certainly hope I have caused none! Apparently, we share the same guilt complex! LOL! All is well. I see lots of respect and compassion from everyone. Guest guest
I will honour any faith except where i am to find it in dishonour. Though this to me comes down action being made contrary to any such faith. Blind justice or blind faith in my thoughts is no more than a rubber stamp without any reason. Guest guest
Dear John, People are at various levels, and we have to respect this. There is a time for everything; this is why there is a process of preparation. All of the various belief systems are rays of the Sun. The shining surface may have been dulled by actions of people, however beneath this the glory remains unsullied. The subject of religions is very sensitive as it is within people's hearts, as it is within yours. Guest guest
Hi Sandra, I Am no saint sandra. I Give consideration to all people I meet and I do have a heart. Do you Know that modern science may be concidered as a religion, yet many scientists claim to be athiests. have you ever wondered what the difference between religion and faith. Iam not to sure what the word religion means, I believe such a word has been bastedised so I prefere the word faith. You can ony have faith in something if you know it is going to come through for you. Faith is where all if not most exspera-mentations has taken place, you have done the sums the grathics double checked it and that your deductions is that its 99.99 chance that it is the way it is and its going to have to work. In love John So i am happy people are of different levels they are doing there check sums to what the value they want, I dont see anything wrong, we should all get along just fine. , " caraleen98 " <caraleen98 wrote: > > Dear John, > People are at various levels, and we have to respect this. Guest guest
Dear john, There are many " religions " in the world today that are athiest.... the religion of fashion, celebrity worship, money etc etc.  Lots of people too have absolute " faith " in science so it is interesting that you would replace the word Religion with the word Faith.  Is  Trust the same as Faith , or is Faith a Blind Trust. Words are interesting and words can be very powerful.  Words are a  tool we use to support or to destroy. I remember when I was a child there was a song sung in the playground.. " sticks and stones may break our bones but words will never hurt us "  This of course is most untrue... words can and indeed do hurt,   Words are powerful and need to be used with consideration for all. Love Julia.  ________________________________ johndplumber <jaganatha Fri, December 18, 2009 12:08:16 AM Re: Lets do our best........  Hi Sandra, I Am no saint sandra. Guest guest
Dear John, Religion is the search for something greater than ourselves, faith is the sustenance that hope brings and science is the search for the truth. All are encompassed and transcended by the Kundalini; the Kundalini is direct experience and direct knowledge. Some religions claim that they are the truth, maybe they are maybe they are not, I just feel i need to develep my own faith, my own truth.
