Not two diferent things...just one practice

Well the truth is that it is not that simple.

If you put your K practice first and the rest of your life second…Perhaps I make

this personal,

If I put my K practice first and the rest of my life second I may end up with a

very consistent K practice but be late to work too often, divorced and my house

will be in disrepair. In sort my life may be a mess.

If I just conceive of my practice as everyday LIFE then I may learn a lot every

day and see everything as a sacred learning experience but never get around to

any kind of formal practice such as meditation, yoga, Tibetans, etc.

We need balance balance balance

Dear Lisa,

Thanks for your thought; the power of practice comes alive when integrated in

daily life.

Love, Sandra
