This is another reason why I will encourage K people to have a place where they can be private for these more natural aspects. Maybe have an " extra change " somewhere near. If this is not available then hold it until the kriya allows you to do your business but that can become a bit uncomfortable as kriyas are not prone to being rushed. Once again remember that Kundalini knows what is going on and your issue will be relieved. Now with other forms of elimination.....there may be given an adjustment from the Kundalini for certain sanitary expectations. I never had to do much of these during that phase of my process.
