The Body - Deb

Yes Deb that is one of the popular teachings, that we are to lose any and all

identity with the body when in fact my experience tells me otherwise. Not saying

we become obsessed with only the body but that the body is the temple of the

divine expression in the person. It is the grail that holds the San Graal. The

sacred blood. The body IS the divine flesh and Kundalini is the sculpting force

that transforms it.

 

So as much as it is a spiritual and loving and introspective and meditation

based scenario so is it an actual expression upon and within the physical body.

As you are finding out! - lol!

 

For enlightenment to come and be held the body must be able to hold it.

Kundalini is the force majuer that allows this to occur. Which leads us straight

into your kriyas. The shoulders the foot while driving even the pinky are all

manifestations of the kriya phenomena and it isnt a function of Yoga or that of

the Yoga practice of kriya Yoga. It is a function of the Kundalini. People have

kriyas without ever hearing or knowing about Yoga.

 

The kriya stage takes as long as the Kundalini in the person requires for the

infusion and transformation of the physical and emotional and mental and

spiritual expressions. Even the ego or psychological body though that often

comes through with the fearful expressions at first. Then it calms down.

 

When surrender has been achieved it goes much faster! Clarity often accompanies

this accepting choice. And not only that but certain inner agreements can be had

where by some of the more expressive and wild kriyas will be saved for the night

time during sleep rather than being expressed at work in the day time.

 

This kriya phase of Kundalini has a beginning and an end and is not a blind or

ignorant application upon the body. There is intelligence and agenda behind

everything that occurs for a person inside of the Kundalini divine

transformation.

 

So know this and take comfort in this that there is in fact a real and solid

reason for these changes to be occurring and that it is no accident that you are

having this and that in fact many things had to go well or right or correct for

this to even come to you.

 

No your ego will not understand this and it will scream at you to take a pill.

But I invite you to take another approach. Come into this willingly rather than

being dragged kicking and screaming. There is no need to fear or to resist

recieving such an awesome gift. Whether or not you can even see it that way at

this point continue to open as you have been opening! Let the inner SUN shine

brightly as it bathes your sacred spaces in the radiance of divine love.

 

Bliss will soon be calling. You will respond with tears. Tears of

incomprehension at first and then tears of joy as knowingness begins to awaken

your potential.

 

Flow Deb. Flow and breathe and relax and know grace. Gratitude and trust will

bring their gifts and the Kundalini will return those with kisses. - blessings -

chrism
