Guest guest Posted December 18, 2009 Report Share Posted December 18, 2009 I have been feeling kind of spaced out and hazey, kind of like I used to feel when I smoked Cannabis. I also keep getting interchanging waves of fatigue then bursts of hyper energy. I have been doing the preparation exercises to lead you into the Tibetans (I'm not really fit enough to do the Tibetans yet) followed by 20-30 minutes meditation.
