Hello everyone!

I am new here and am glad to see that there are so many posts. I had my

Kundalini awakening on November 5th of last year. At least that is when I really

noticed the physical happenings in my body. I have experienced hand mudras,

kriyas, yogic poses, and spontaneous dance. I am also able to hear from the

other side as well. I have been completely transformed and it has all been

positive. I am here for support and to offer support.

I have felt so isolated. I recently attended a healing seminar/training in

Sedona Arizona that showed you how to use a beautiful energy for healing. During

the training part of our job was to lay on the massage table and have the

practitioners practice using the energy on you. My body went nuts! I looked

ridiculous on the massage table. It was very difficult to control. I had a very

strong reaction with hand mudras, yogic postures, and moving about rapidly.

Later that day the speaker poked fun at people who had the same things happen on

the table as me in previous trainings when the question came up later about

spiritual showboaters. I thought great, if there was one place on the planet

that I thought it would be ok to be a weirdo it was Sedona Arizona! I had two

private sessions at night for a re allignment after the seminar and on the

second night I basically looked like a yogic exorcist. The practitioner

suggested that I basically was putting on a show. So I had this amazing

spiritual experience with this energy but all I could think about was what this

person said to me. I am frustrated that I cannot convey to others that there is

more. That just because we may not understand something in someone that it does

not mean it does not exist. Its bad enough that we can't tell our friends and

family about this. I wish it was different.

Thanks for listening,

Welcome! And what an auspicious day to arrive - first day of shaktipat,

solstice, etc., etc.

You'll certainly find friends and family here who you can tell about your

experiences....

Love and blessings,

David

Welcome Jennifer,

Kundalini can be so fantastic and strange that few will have

reference of it or any kind of experience or knowledge pertaining to its

viability and expression. You were with people who did not know. And telling

people who are putting on a seminar about something they do not know will often

get you isolated sometimes.

Kundalini is known by some on the internet but not by most and in some cases is

given another name due to cultural influences. So no worries you are in good

company here. -

Hi Jennifer,

I as well have had/still have those experiences on the massage table. Before

I knew it was Kundalini I posted a question on a different forum (a healing

modality forum) and I was told that I made up those experiences. So I know

how you feel! Thank goodness for this group, it is all normal :)

I also have had others try to " heal " me from how my body was reacting. I no

longer worry about what they think, but it sure irked me a couple of years

ago.

It was my BodyTalk instructor, who is a member here, that clued me in to the

K experiences. Thanks Richard!

Welcome Jennifer.

Carla

PS you should of seen the reactions from people when I was doing hot yoga,

they thought I was eplileptic.
